The Administrative Department
The office of university librarian is the policy-making nerve center of the library. It is headed by the University Librarian, who is responsible to the Vice-Chancellor of the University. This department is responsible for the smooth administration and successful management of the library. It also includes offices of all other administrative officers that works with the University librarian, towards the accomplishment of the institution goals and objectives. Therefore, the onus of running the affairs of the library is bestowed on the University Librarian.
